Pre-Appointment Guidelines – Immersive Productions LLC

Thank you for choosing Immersive Productions LLC for your photo, video, and virtual tour services. To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please review the following prior to your scheduled time:

1. Property Preparation

​

• All animals must be secured before arrival.

• The space should be clean, clear, and photo/video ready at the scheduled time.

• All ceiling fans, TVs, and other moving objects must be turned off for virtual tours.

• Please do not move items during a virtual tour session. The 360 camera stitches the space together like a puzzle—moving objects mid-shoot can distort or completely ruin the entire virtual tour.

• If there are valuables, personal photos, or sensitive materials that should be blurred, please let me know either before or during the appointment.

2. Access & No-Show Policy

​

• A $50 fee will apply if I’m unable to access the property or if the appointment is missed without prior notice.

​

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid the no-show fee.

​

4. Weather Dependency

​

• All services, including aerial footage, can be weather-dependent.

• In the event of rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions, aerial footage may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

5. Turnaround Time

​

• Turnaround times vary by service type.

  • Photos are typically delivered quickly.

  • Video editing takes longer, especially for more complex projects.

  • The timeline may also depend on how long it takes to receive client feedback or approval for any drafts.

6. On-Site Conduct

​

• To ensure the best results and an efficient workflow, please minimize foot traffic during filming or photography.

• For virtual tours, it’s strongly recommended that no one be inside the space being scanned during the shoot. I must hide from the camera with every cycle, and movement within the area can cause delays and interfere with the final product.

7. Payment Terms

​

• Invoices are due within 15 days of delivery.

• A 10% late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance unless otherwise approved by Immersive Productions LLC.

• These payment terms apply only to the party responsible for payment.

8. Alabama Sales Tax Notice

​

• Digital products provided by Immersive Productions LLC are subject to Alabama state sales tax.

• The Alabama Department of Revenue classifies digital media as tangible personal property, and the method of delivery—physical or electronic—does not affect its taxability.

• Digital photographs, videos, and similar digital products are taxable under Alabama regulations and will have sales tax applied accordingly.
